It depends! If you booked directly with the hotel (not through a third party like booking.com or Expedia) we ​can see if we can do a takeover booking. By doing so, we will become the agent on record and you can get access ​to the relevant partner perks (think resort credit or free breakfast!). There is no change to your original booking ​and no additional cost to you. This is true of hotels and cruises.

We do not work with Airbnb directly, but we are able to book homes and villas via HomeToGo and other partner websites based on location.

Unfortunately, we are unable to work with clients who redeem points for hotels. However you are more than ​welcome to use points for flights!

It depends, although we may not be able to lower the rate, there are cases where discounted/promo rates are available. The goal is to help you get more value for your money! Thanks to our partnerships ​with various hotels, you might enjoy perks like food and beverage credits, daily breakfast for two, room upgrades, ​early check-in, late check-out, or even spa credits. Each hotel offers different benefits, so there’s plenty of ​opportunity to make your stay extra special!

We do not book flights at this time. However, if you are interested in our custom itinerary package, we will ​provide flight options for you that you can book on your own.
